K9 Training Center

CWGSDC is a newly formed club for German Shepherd Dogs in Northern Cyprus. The CWGSDC is the Cyprus devision of the IWGSDC. The IWGSDC is a registering facility of true working German Shepherd Dogs. The club has been set up to protect the real standards of German Shepherd Dogs set by Stephanitz. Dogs that are to be bred must be of IWGSDC standards and have succsessfully been judged before being accpeted into thew IWGSDC. IWGSDC accepts pedegrees issued from registars such as the AKC, FCI or SV but require to judge the dogs before hand that they fit IWGSDC standards.

IWGSDC standards are currently being revised and being prepaired for multilingual publishing. The standards are the closest to Stephanitz dream. The standards give more importance to the charecter, utility, temperament and required true atonmy of the dogs hich is all required for the true working dog to be utile and top of the list of working dogs.

The IWGSDC has been formed by Mr. Amnon Ben Ishack a dog breeder and trainer of some of the best available German Shepherd Dog specimens available. We have aquired two dogs from Mr. Amnon Tetra E. Lev Praee (pictured in the banner) and Indy Lev Praee son of the IWGSDC's most prized stud dog Micky and top producing female Urin. Indy was the Alpha of the pack and will be a future top dog.

K9 Center is a member of the CWGSDC and now produce German Shepherd Dogs for the IWGSDC standards.

IWGSDC also offers IWD (International Working Dog) titles for trained dogs that fully satisfy IWGSDC standards covering proper temparement, socialness, strong charecter, self-courage, shape and size. The IWD test is composed of many stages that proove that the dog has a good nose and can use it in various work, obedience and true will to work with humans and true protection work.
